We strive to provide the best customer service possible at Rescue Treats®. Let us know and we can work out a refund or a product replacement. Each purchase helps support dog rescues and we really want to avoid any refunds because that means less money to the dogs who are in need.
In order to process a return we request the product to be returned to us within 30 days of purchase (customer pays return shipping). We will refund you through the same form of payment after the return is processed (takes 3 business days to process). Non-treat products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (i.e., the original packaging). Treat products must be at least 90% of treats still in the package. We will not be able to refund a bag of treats that are almost all gone🤣.
